Tilbrook is located in the United States of America. Tilbrook makes no claims that the Service is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. If you access the Service, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Terms of Use, Jurisdiction, Indemnity, and Complete Agreement.
You expressly and irrevocably agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Tilbrook, or in any way relating to your use of the Service resides in the courts of the Duval County and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the Duval County in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Tilbrook, or Tilbrook's affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
You agree that any legal proceeding against Tilbrook related to the Service shall be filed and tried only in the Courts for Duval County, Florida, United States of America. Both parties hereby expressly waive any right to a jury trial in any such proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the United States of America. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, then the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
Except as expressly provided in a particular "legal notice" on the Service, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Tilbrook with respect to use of the Service. Please also read our
